Duties & Responsibilities
Prepare the detailed Quantity Takeoffs for all activities (Civil, Structural and Architectural)
Liaising with subcontractors in their payments & correspondence
Prepare detailed claims for payment in accordance with the condition of contract ensuring all claims are fully documented with supported details
Monitors daily progress of the project and prepares report to be submitted to the head office
Study, review and analyze project document including plan, specifications, general terms and conditions, special terms and condition.
Prepare monthly reconciliation of the materials
Conduct regular site visits to ensure implementation of above systems.
