Responsibilities:
1. Attend daily threat huddle meeting and formulate solutions for day-to-day operational issues dealing with Rotating Equipment.
2. Review and comments on area engineer daily YTT (yesterday, today and tomorrow) report dealing with rotating equipment.
3. Provide weekly update of rotating equipment maintenance status to operation team
4. Attend the 14-day planning meeting and provide input specific to rotating equipment
5. Communicate and discuss the approved maintenance plan with the workshop administrator to ensure that all resources will be available (spare parts, manpower, 3rd party services, etc.)
6. Participate in the weekly toolbox meeting
7. Accountable for the development and technical assurance of Asset Integrity and Maintenance Projects for RE
8. Develop business plan for rotating equipment (OPEX, CAPEX and Working Capital)
9. Develop RE quality assurance plan and scope for pitstop, shutdown and turnaround maintenance activities
10. Provide input in developing HSSE plan, desktop safety review and JHA.
11. Act as overall rotating lead during overhauling of major rotating equipment like compressors, turbines and heavy-duty pumps
12. Check and review repair plan prepared by maintenance technicians
13. Communicate with 3rd party service provider for potential requirement on special services needed to complete execute maintenance tasks.
14. Update RE Asset Masterplan in alignment to refinery annual business budget and business plan
15. Generate and analyze mean time between maintenance and failure (MTBM/MTBF) report for pump and seals.
16. Act as project integrator for rotating equipment project
17. Act as SME on all project requiring site rotating equipment technical approval
18. Contract holder of Flowserve pump and seal supply
19. Contract holder of Mitsubishi service and parts supply
20. Develop actions and preventive measure for the list of bad actors rotating equipment through lean management tools like 5 Whys, A3 and Fishbone analysis.
21. Help condition monitoring technicians on the analysis of various RE vibration signatures
22. Participate and share best practices during regular Global Rotating Equipment Engineers’ Forum
23. Lead the discussion on the monthly RE care meeting where RE data performance is being evaluated at a multi-discipline level
24. Monitor and update MTA for RE
25. Drive the contract performance of main RE suppliers and service providers of the refinery
26. Provide regular supplemental support on top of current role as:
• Refinery Incident Command System Planning Chief
• Area Maintenance Engineer (Overall Maintenance Lead)

3. Provide updates to stakeholders on the status of repair especially during overtime
4. Perform troubleshooting and assessment on RE reported with problem by operation team
5. Condition monitoring of rotating equipment
6. Member and participate on engineering safety toolbox meeting
7. Participate on 5Y discussion led by workshop rotating equipment engineer
8. Perform balancing and alignment of rotating equipment
9. Commissioning of rotating equipment
10. Update workshop repair plan and procedures
11. Permit processing for rotating equipment
Responsibilities:
1. Attend face to face meetings, net-meetings, and teleconferencing with Shell Global-SAP consultants
2. Convert output of RRM, RCM, IDMS and SIFPRO Studies to Maintenance Task list, Maintenance Items and Maintenance Plan.
3. Rebuild and maintain the integrity of the Bill of Materials (BOM) and Spare Parts Interchangeability Record (SPIR) of equipment of Shell Tabangao Refinery.
4. Assists in the validation of the prepared data and effect the necessary changes after data quality checks and/or data trial conversion.
5. Support /assists the GSAP Team in safeguarding the quality of the integrity of the asset data and all equipment related to technical information.
6. Support GSAP training sessions for operations and maintenance
Responsibilities:
1. Monitor uptime of production machines and provide daily updates to engineering team
2. Manage equipment technician’s assignment of activities for the shift
3. Prepare troubleshooting report of bad actor’s equipment
4. Manage machine line conversion as per operation requirements
5. Populate and evaluate data of new machines during product conversion
Thesis: Design and Development of flue cure ground tobacco dryer using tobacco stalk as fuel. Equipment was sold to the tobacco farmers.
