• Ensure that all accounting records/files are maintained properly.
• Responsible for month-end reporting & preparation of various management reports as per required guidelines of the Division & Group.
• Preparation of Annual Budgets & Projections under the guidance of Divisional General Manager.
• Facilitating the successful completion of Annual Statutory Audit, in coordination with Group Finance.
• Working in close relation with Banks & utilisation of various Approved Bank facilities for daily operations.
• Reviewing Debtors collection report on regular basis. Reviewing daily transactions so as to adhere to authority levels.

• Manage Monthly/Weekly Reporting in Hyperion Financial Management (HFM) for Research Marketing Division of the Company.
• Providing Analytical reports after month end to all Finance Managers and Finance Director about the performance of the division in different scenarios.
• Responsible for making provisions on a monthly basis.
• Part of India Productivity Improvement Team. Working with SAP Core Team and advising on development and streamlining SAP Processes.
• Ensuring timely & accurate month-end financial reporting, Annual Operating Plan & Forecast reporting as per Corporate time table
• Ensuring timely completion of Statutory, Tax, Transfer Pricing & VAT audits
• Performing periodic Balance Sheet account reviews to ensure true & correct view of reported Financials & advice on Financial risks, if any.
• Ensure strict compliance with the worldwide accounting procedures & Internal control requirements
• Document key processes & lay down standard operating procedures for these key processes
• Working on Different ERPs such as E-BIZFRAME, SAP Netweaver 7.10 etc.

• Supervising Project Operations held in overseas countries like Dubai, Sharjah, Morocco, Ivory Coast, Congo & Zambia.
• Supervising Accounting Activities undertaken at site locations.
• Reviewing Company’s Performances at various overseas projects.
• Preparation of Cost Analysis Reports and suggesting improvements, if necessary, to the Management.
• Ensuring Tax compliances pertaining to particular countries involving Corporate Tax, VAT, Payroll Tax, Custom Duty, Service Tax etc.
• Ensuring timely completion of Statutory & Tax Audits.
• Performing periodic Balance Sheet account reviews to ensure true & correct view of reported Financials & advice on financial risks, if any.
• Ensure strict compliance with the worldwide accounting procedures & Internal control requirements.
• Interacting with Banks, dealing in Letter of Credits, Forex Transactions etc.
• Managing Team of Accountants spread across various site locations.
• Involves travelling to various site locations for review purposes.

• Independently handling audit of Private Limited Companies and Firms.
• Finalizing of accounts of Firms, Private Limited Companies (including preparation of the schedules and notes forming part of Balance Sheet and Profit & Loss Account).
• Providing expert advice in tax planning and management. Providing Tax consultancy services including Income tax and Wealth tax consultancy.
• Undertaking regulatory compliances viz. statutory returns and documents preparations, compilations and e-filings with the revenue authorities.
• Preparation and Review of corporate tax returns to ensure compliances with the Income Tax Act, 1961 and the various judicial pronouncements.
• Preparation and Review of the withholding tax (TDS) returns as per the provisions of the Income Tax Act.
• Represented our clients before Revenue authorities for Tax Assessments of Income tax and other tax matters including litigation up to the Commissionerate level.
• Providing assistance to individuals, partnership firms, companies and other entities with respect to obtaining permanent account number (PAN) / tax deduction account numbers (TAN), various registrations under taxation laws.
• Major sectors and industries covered are Financial Service Provider (Brokers, Foreign Exchange Dealers etc.), Manufacturing unit, Wholesalers, Travel agents, High Networth Individuals etc.
