Timely procurement of subcontractors with necessary negotiations to ensure bids are complying with Contract specifications, drawings, program & prices are economical & within approved budgets.
Contractual / commercial meetings with the Clients, Consultants & subcontractors on regular basis.
Contractual communications / notices, against delays and associated costs claims.
Validate main contract and sub contract progress of works, administer payment applications & certifications.
Administration of project variations including settlement of main contract final accounts.
