1. MODCON GROUP | Dubai, Resourcing Specialist - November 2016 to Till date

• Assist with all internal and external HR related matters.
• Developing organizational guidelines and procedures.
• Leading recruitment process by identifying candidates, conducting reference checks and issuing employment contracts.
• Investigating complaints brought forward by employees.
• Preparing employee development plans and performance management.
• Over viewing orientations and updating records of new staff.
• Manage the organization's employee database and prepare reports.
• Assisting line manager for budget monitoring and recruitment planning.
• Employment visa renewal processing.
• Responsible for preparing monthly payroll of 750+ employees, maintaining employee records & benefits and checking & approving monthly invoice per site & work progress.
• Handled functions such as maintenance of employee records & database, leave records, matters relating to Employee Core & non-core benefits and other personnel related functions under supervision of the Manager.

Recruitment
Responsible for Full Life Cycle Recruitment and interviewing candidates to identify qualified candidates based on skills, knowledge, education, experience, etc.
Creating and posting advertisement for open positions and assisting recruitment in job fairs.
Sourcing, screening, short listing, maintaining and managing records/reports. From active resume database like Monster, Naukri, Jobs ahead, etc.
Scheduling interviews, negotiating compensation (salary and benefits) and closing the role and finally presenting offers and performing reference checks on all qualified recruits.
Coordinating technical interviews and written tests.
Maintenance of recruitment MIS.
Induction and Joining
Briefing new employee about the company’s policies & organization structure.
Familiarizing him/ her to the team members & other staff.Issuing Appointment letter and completing other joining formalities.
Maintaining employee’s database and ensuring completion of personal files
Reference check.
Bank formalities.
Routine medical check-up.
Facilitating and explaining the mediclaim benefits to employees and serving as liaison between employees and insurance agents.
Providing adequate facilities to the new employee.


Payroll
Monitoring employee’s attendance for both professional level and shop floor level on a daily basis.
Handling pacepay link software for updating employee’s records, attendance and salary.
Preparing payroll inputs for all level of employees.(Professional and Contract)
Preparing employee reimbursement inputs on a monthly basis.
Coordinating with payroll external agency for salary processing.
Verifying and confirming the payroll output.
Salary processing of Agency employees.
Handling payroll related issues.
Employee engagement
Conducting regular fun events for the employees to reduce stress.
Implementing regular team outings and corporate events.
Grievance handling
Reviewing employee grievances and ensuring accurate documentation, timely closure of concerns.
Facilitating action plans to ensure the closure of concerns and issues and escalating to the appropriate departments/team.
Exit Process, Full and final settlement
Ensuring smooth exit process.
Taking care of the Full & Final Settlements of the employees who leave the organization.
Roll out Relieving /Termination Letters and ensure that settlements are done on a timely basis.
Coordinating with external agency for the settlement of employees.
Address queries from Ex-employees regarding their Settlements.
Others
Updating and creating orientation programs
Preparing confirmation, appointment letters.
Processing of corporate credit card for the employees.
Creating new joined CDSID ( email id )
Issuing Attendance swiping cards, Id card, uniform, laptop and mobile phones.
Sending Mediclaim inputs on a monthly basis
Coordinating with insurance company for mediclaim reimbursements and cashless treatments.
