multiple Agile projects related to Digital transformation, Data Analytics, Customer experience, RPA & Technology rollout (Chat bot/ one drive/ Office 365) for MAF End users.
•Responsible for Project Scope, Project plan, Resource management / Communication Plan/ Change Management/
Project implementation at multiple clients for Digital transformation, Customer experience, AI & VR based Projects.
•Accountable for providing leadership, identify and resolve conflicts in the delivery of solutions and drive strategic relationships to deliver the Successful projects.
•Manages ongoing work through governance structure, create high-level Project plans that provide guidance to highly complex Projects.
•Facilitate project prioritization, Perform risk assessments, tracking & communication.
•Motivate and supervise Project team members/ Vendors and influence them to take positive action and accountability for their assigned work
•Contribute towards the continuous improvement of project management practices and the project management methodology
all aspects of assigned Banking projects (Project Plan/ development/UAT/SIT/Implementation) throughout project lifecycles to ensure completion within the defined scope, quality, time and cost constraints.
