By profession, I am an IT Engineer with about 5 years of UAE experience. My training, experience and proven ability as a Technical Support Specialist will allow me to significantly contribute to your IT division. Acquired valuable experiences in all facets of troubleshooting and deliver solution for the same. Great experience in ERP configuration, implementation and training across 40 sites and provide technical support through telephone, onsite and using remote support software with managing all IT related matters in the company.
