• Trouble shooting and correction of various machines problems in machine shop.
• Responsible for the preventive maintenance of the machines.
• Working on all conventional machines like lathe, milling, and drilling.
• Service the unconditioned gear boxes and pumps.
• Supervision and Inspection of job performed.
• Design and Manufacturing of low cost automations in machines using pneumatics.
• Discussion with managers for modification and improvement.
• Exposure to 5S, TQM, TPM, etc

Experience in controlling machine using various techniques/methods such as Pneumatics, Electro Pneumatics, Hydraulics and Electro Hydraulics
Knowledge of CNC Programming and PLC.
Specialist in Machine Maintenance.
Proficient in learning new technologies and quickly adapting to new environment.
Excellent team player with good communication skills.
