•Planning, organizing and Erecting of Heavy Equipment installation (Overhead cranes, Eot cranes, tower cranes, pneumatic winches, Centrifugal pumps, compressors, primax and Material Hoist).
•Repair/maintenance of heavy lifting gear boxes etc. at work shop and different site. Proactive leader, expertise in troubleshooting.
•Repair/Maintenance of motors, Rotating equipment’s bearings, Conveyor’s Belts, Man lifts.
•Troubles shoot on hydraulic equipment, replace of hydraulic seals, repair of hydraulic pumps.
•Managing and leading a team of technical staff in the day to day Erection, maintenance and servicing of machineries.
•Directing the day to day operations while ensuring project safety and quality assurance.
•Hydraulic Jacking up of cranes as per schedule.
•Expertise in overhauling of heavy lifting machine gear box & drive motors
•Ensuring adherence to schedules as well as scheduling workers and work to be performed.
•Supervise and assign work for the employee and skilled trade’s staff.
•Condition Monitoring & diagnosis of Machinery problems as per manufacturer’s specification.
•Coordinate schedules maintenance of machines based on the requirements of the working plant.
•Maintain safety standards to assure compliance with Company Safety procedures.
•Conduct job coordination meetings.
•Respond to inquiries from site staff.
•Perform administrative activities including the preparation of special and/or periodic reports..
•Perform safety talks and maintain MSDS records.
•To insure that Employee enforces their safety programs including the holding of toolbox safety meetings.
•Maintain accuracy of computerized service records and files.
•Maintenance and safe operation of all equipment and machinery in areas of responsibility

- Managing and leading a team of technical staff in the day to day Erection, maintenance and servicing of machineries
- Responsible for communicating policies and procedures to employees and for the consistent enforcement of those policies and procedures.
- Experience in Assembling, Erecting, dismantling, troubleshooting and maintenance of EOT over head cranes, Tower cranes, scan climber hoist, Crawler cranes etc.
- Directing the day to day operations while ensuring project safety and quality assurance.
- Hydraulic Jacking up of tower cranes as per schedule.
- Experience in Assembling, dismantling, troubleshooting and maintenance of Dewatering Pumps, Forklifts, and JLG Man lifts, Scissor Lifts, Omme Lift, Access platforms, etc.
- Expertise in overhauling of heavy lifting machine gear box & drive motors.
- Troubles shoot on hydraulic equipment, replace of hydraulic seals, repair of hydraulic pumps.
- Coordinating with sales department for the product description as per requirement for the customer.
- Managing and interpreting customer requirements.
- Persuading customer that a product or service will best satisfy their needs.
- Supporting marketing by attending trade shows, conferences and other marketing events.
- Making technical presentation and demonstrating how a product will meet customer needs.
- Providing pre-sales technical assistance and product education.
- Liaising with other members of the sales team and other technical experts.
- Offering after sales support services and solving customer problems.
- Condition Monitoring & diagnosis of Machinery problems as per manufacturer’s specification.
- Allocation of manpower and resources.
- Plan and execute spares requirement, spare parts allocation, maintaining workshop and site records.
- Quality control for all maintenance related activities using check list and pre delivery inspection
- Effective communication with people down the level and people up the level
- Aware of HSE regulations in the workshop and at sites
- Answer inquiries received on the incoming service lines.
- Identify the source of inquiries received.
- Provide technical assistance and service support for inquiries received.
- Identify and reports major field service problems from the phone activity
- Respond to routine correspondence requests for service assistance.

Site Inspection, Assembling, Erection, commissioning, servicing, troubleshooting, maintenance & dismantling of heavy m/c Liebherr tower cranes, mobile cranes, crawler cranes Alimak hoist. Mobile concrete mixer, Jugheinhrich forklift, combilift, dynapac rollers, Flyght pumps, Atlascopco compressors etc.
•Assembling, erecting of machinery on site according to customer requirement.
•Commissioning and demonstration of machineries at customer’s site.
•Attending warranty claims, preparing site and maintenance reports.
•Technical support to customer care.
•Update technical documents including operation manual and spare parts list.
•Providing technical training to customers and subordinates.
•Follow all HSE regulations in the service centre and at sit.
•Reporting to the Service Manager
Job Profile involves supervising the loading and unloading quantities and sampling of liquid cargoes such as Job petroleum, oil, gas (propane & butane) petrochemicals and chemical products.
•Shore & vessel quantity measurements, having experience also with the following products: crude oil, fuel oil, LPG. Diesel, naphtha, lubes oils.
•Operating of MOV/ROV, product discharged to tanks and LPG sphere’s at Hindustan petroleum.
•Witnessing the tests usually carried out on these products in the laboratory
Job Profile involves Supervision and surveying of Cargo Discharged from ship to shore in order to minimize differences between Ships’s discharged quantities and received quantities at Shore and B/L or at lightering quantities comparison between ships
involves supervising the loading and unloading quantities and sampling of coffee seeds, raw iron ore, iron ore pallets, coal, LPG, (propane & butane) CRUDE, NAPHTHA, FURNACE OIL, and other petroleum products including shore & vessel quantity measurements .All vessels berthing at N.M.P.T. Jetty Mangalore.
