• Manage software development lifecycle of Education software solutions for the Department of Education and
Knowledge (ADEK)
• Experience in Digital Transformation strategies in covering current manual process and services
• Project Initiation, Project administration, Progress Tracking & Reporting, Risk Management, Communication,
Internal and External Stakeholder Management, Scheduling, Team Management
• Manage Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Stakeholder Meetings, Sprint Review and Sprint Retrospectives and
make sure scrum practices are adhered by the Scrum teams

project for Sri Lanka Tea Board to automate the entire value chain of Sri Lanka’s tea

o Planned and managed 65.8Mn worth of “eParliament” system implementation project
for Sri Lanka Parliament by automating its manual operations.
o Led product development team, to customize and deploy Document Management
System-Doxpro Spaces (Saas) for Commercial Bank PLC and Vallibel Finance PLC.
o Managed E-commerce website designing and development projects (web & mobile
application) for the Ministry of Industries (madeinsrilanka.org) and Telecom PLC
(Helaviru.lk/Riyaviru-delivery app).
 Having constant interaction with PMO for continuous process improvements and to ensure the
organizational process assets are in place and updated regularly in an effective manner (lesson
learn, etc).
