Responsibilities:
Uploading Correspondence and Technical submittals to (ORACLE + ACONEX System)
Coordinate and Sending Emails to all Outgoing and Incoming Documents
Making Report for all the documents in weekly and monthly basis
Maintained and organize files and records
Reviewing and Checking all the submission (Especially in Technical Submittal)
Monitoring all the incoming and outgoing invoices
Uploading Correspondence and Technical submittals to ASHGHAL System (PMIS Share Point)
Get Reference number for all the incoming and outgoing documents
Maintained and organize files and records
Responsible for keeping and filing important documents
Distribute incoming and outgoing documents
Trained and supervised to other staff
Administrative and office activities for multiple supervisors performed as well
Responsible for making Purchased Order and Work Order to Suppliers
Responsible for making the requisition of items for store
Communicating with the suppliers for follow ups and concerns
Performs other related duties as may require by the manager and different head section
