Key Responsibilities:
Design and Planning:
• Management of multiple residential and commercial projects including leading the internal design team and coordination with external consultants from the briefing stages to the technical design stage.
• Coordinating work with teams overseas in an efficient manner to ensure effective communication.
• Assisting in the development of working drawings using ArchiCAD, Revit and AutoCAD at multiple stages of design to support the lead architects in communicating with other consultants and contractors.

• Coordinating with quantity surveyors to develop cost estimates for commercial projects.

• Managing and developing client contract documents, invoices, consultant agreements and design stage project schedules.
• Preparing municipality drawings and documentation in a precise manner to attain required approvals.
• Managing design tasks during the various design stages, with a small team in a fast-paced environment.

Site Supervision:
• Reviewing Transmittals, RFIs, Checklists, Contractual procedures and monthly payments to ensure proper documentation and communication with the contractor.
• Conducting and organizing site coordination meetings with the contractor and client.
• Communicating information via meetings and site reports to the client to keep them updated on current progress and payments due.
• Attending coordination meetings with the main contractor and sub-contractors to address concerns and design solutions for potential clashes on site.

I volunteered at the ‘Soup Kitchen’, where I was part of a team that prepared food for the underprivileged. • I have a keen interest in exploring and creating origami designs along with being an ardent baker. • While I enjoy constructing individual and group travel plans to explore different cultures, I also take pleasure in reading fictional novels.
