Currently associated with Building Technologies division as a Senior Executive (Commercial Project Manager)
- Executed more than 40 IBMS projects for BT Western Region, India in last 3 years time frame.
- Job involves pricing and preparation of offers, participate in commercial discussions, handle customer query at the order acquisition stage.
- Payment follow-up with customer including visit to customers local as well as outstation, vendor bill booking and payment thus ensuring effective receivable & payable management.
- Regular controlling & monitoring of order costing, project reviews, receiving and dispatch, taxation formalities, order profitability, cost reduction exercises, proper order closure etc in order to achieve business result & compliance to project management policies & guidelines.
- Following the internal control systems like SOA, Limits of Authority, Project Management etc in line with internal guidelines in order to adhere to company policies and procedures.
- Performing regular housekeeping & risk management process with requisite documentation in order to facilitate the proper controlling, monitoring & reporting of the business
Won Gold Medal in Relay Race (Athletics Event) – METAMORPH 2012. Won the Runners-up Trophy in Football – METAMORPH -2014. Member of Event Management Committee of “METAMORPH” – Annual festival of SIMSR.
