 Presently engaged in project co-ordination, management, execution of “Coke Dry Quenching” project designed & supplied by “Nippon Steel, Japan”.
 Recently completed execution and successfully commissioned first one of new 2 x 1.3 MTPA fully DCS controlled Coke Oven Battery with By-product plant designed & supplied by Paul Wurth, Italy and DMT, Germany which is in production now. Coke Oven & By-product Plant comprising of the following units.
1. 7.6 M tall & 20 M long ovens.
2. SOPRECO (Single Oven Pressure Control) system - yet to be commissioned.
3. Rotary Conveyor on Coal Bunker for equal coal distribution.
4. Hydraulic operated Reversing Winch.
5. Schalke, Germany supplied Pusher Car, Charging Car, Coke Transfer Car & Quenching Car.
6. Thermax supplied Pushing Emission Control & 11 nos. Coal & Coke De-dusting system with ESP.
7. DMT By-product plant comprising of Tar generation with BTX (Benzene, Toluene & Xylene) recovery.
8. NH3, H2S & Combi Scrubber.
9. Beth, Germany supplied Electrostatic Detarrer.
10. Claus, Germany supplied Sulphur recovery & Sandvik supplied Sulphur Solidifier unit.
11. Tar Separator, Decanter & GEA, Germany supplied Tar Centrifuge system.
12. Thermax supplied VAM Chiller unit.
13. MUTAG, Germany designed & UEM, India supplied Biological Treatment Plant.
14. Voltas supplied HVAC system for centralized air conditioning.
15. Coal & Coke Handling system.

 Project Co-ordination, Execution & Commissioning of 2 nos. new Automatic Inspection Line for 0.3 MTPA Rolling Mill.
 Finalized the aforesaid project after visiting the plant of SMS Meer at Germany & Danieli Procome Iberica at Bilbao, Spain.
 Project Co-ordination, Execution & Commissioning of 0.2 MTPA out of proposed 0.8 MTPA Heat Recovery type Stamp Charging Coke Oven Battery with 15 MW COG based Power Plant.

 Successfully completed Project Management, Engineering, Tendering, Execution & Commissioning of 0.1 MTPA Coke Oven Battery & By-product Plant.
 Successfully completed Project Management, Engineering, Tendering, Execution & Commissioning of 85 TPD Lime Calcination with 3 x 3.2 M dia. Producer Gas Plant.

 Successfully completed Project Management, Engineering, Tendering, Execution & Commissioning for Up-gradation / Modernization of ERW Pipe Plant (3” to 38”) at Rourkela Steel Plant.
 Estimation, Tendering, Erection, Commissioning of Project & post commissioning maintenance activities of Plant.
 Preparation of detailed Drawing using AutoCAD.
