• Oversee daily hotel operations working closely with Housekeeping, Engineering and Front Office to
keep service running smoothly across all shifts.
• Prepare daily reports, compliance records and performance trackers and distribute them to
Engineering, Housekeeping team, IRD so teams can plan and act with accurate information.
