ADNOC GSH Building Project
* Preparing all kind of drawings under the scope of Civil ( Architectural & Structural)
* Reviewing drawings from the sub contractors and providing confirmation for submission.
* Preparing CRS to submit with revised drawings for each submission.
* Preparing and maintaining the status of drawings and submission.
* Visiting site to take actual measurements and as built preparation.
• Creating accurate CAD drawings from hand sketches, verbal instructions, and site visits.
• Obtain and assemble data to complete architectural designs, lay out and plan interior room arrangements of buildings.
• Draw rough and detailed scale plans for foundations, buildings and structures, based on preliminary concepts, sketches, engineering calculations, specification sheets and other data.
• Visiting construction project sites to compile measurements and temporarily working at site office if necessary.
• Represent architect on construction site, ensuring our compliance with design specifications and advising on design corrections, under architects or engineers supervision.
• Coordinate structural, electrical and mechanical designs and determine a method of presentation in order to graphically represent building plans.
• Identifying and communicating potential design problems to the rest of the team.
• Oversee, organize, coordinate and inspect the work of draftspersons, technician and other relevant team members working on construction projects.
• Acquire, assemble information and updating construction sketches if needed to submit.
• Seamlessly integrating and working with project managers, design consultants, and sub-contractors, to produce and alter drawings.
• Thinking creatively and critically to support the project team in the design process, to create sketches and drawings for work.
• Systematically saving sketches and drawings on our server, keeping the server organized, updating project folders and files as jobs progress and revisions are made.
• Exhaustively reviewing and checking sketches and drawings for errors, before being sent to sub-contractors, consultants & clients etc.
• Prepares As-built drawings in the prescribed computer sheet given by the client or consultant and assist in project close-Outs.
• Convert the As-built drawings as cad standards for CMW & PGC.
• Performs other duties and responsibilities as may be assigned from time to time.

• Analyze the building plans and details to ensure they are accurate, feasible and ensure final designs comply with regulations and quality standards.
• Sketch and design building plans and adjust the building plans to contain additional details or sections as may be required by clients.
• Prepare GA drawings by coordinate with Architectural, Structural, MEP and subcontractors drawings for execution in site after get approval from consultants.
• Prepare and send RFI to client/consultants if there is any discrepancy with any drawings or documents and follow-up technical queries with the client/consultants.
• Review drawings for completeness and accuracy. Examine and check engineering drawings for compliance with cited specifications.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers and project managers to design and implement technical activities relating to architectural and engineering projects.
• Create drawings and models from written and verbal specifications obtained from Technical manager.
• Handle complex drafting and designing assignments with little to no supervision and maintains all revisions of project drawings.
• Assist the quantity surveying team to make quantity take-off for tenders.
• Prepare and review rough sketches and liaising with architects and engineers to gather product, structural requirements and designs.
• Communicate directly with managers, engineers, marketing personnel and clients to discuss and organize projects from original conceptual design through construction.
• Present design proposals and bids to clients according to prescribed deadlines and explain relevant details and reports.
• Performs other duties and responsibilities as may be assigned from time to time.

• Produce drawings using computer assisted drafting systems (CAD) or by hand for approval and construction.
• Draft plans and detailed drawings for structures and makes necessary calculations for drawing development.
• Preparation of all architectural shop drawings (false ceiling, floor finishing, toilets & kitchen details etc.) for approval and maintain all revisions of project drawings.
• Prepare assembly and detail drawings on the basis of written and verbal specifications provided and review drawings for completeness and accuracy.
• Prepare detailed drawings of architectural designs and plans for buildings and structures according to specifications provided by consultants.
• Prepare architectural and structural working drawings showing plans, elevations, sections, materials, finishes and other aspects such as layouts, drainage, car parking and landscaping.
• Preparation of structural shop drawings with reinforcement details for approval and construction and prepares engineering documents for submittal.
• Draw rough and detailed scale plans for foundations, buildings and structures, based on preliminary concepts, sketches, engineering calculations, specification sheets and other data.
• Coordinate with various departments and prepare drawings for efficient construction layout and update drafting logs for submissions.
• Work from rough sketches and specifications created by engineers and architects.
• Review rough sketches, drawings, specifications, and other engineering data received from site to ensure that they conform to design concepts.
• Prepares As-built drawings in the prescribed computer sheet given by the client or consultant and assist in project close-Outs.
• Convert the As-built drawings for all disciplines (architectural, structural, electrical and mechanical) as cad standards like CMW & PGC cad standard
• Performs other duties and responsibilities as may be assigned from time to time.
• Setting out the works in accordance with the drawings and specifications.
• Liaising with the project planning engineer and clients, subcontractors regarding construction programs.
• Creating building designs and highly detailed drawings both by hand and by using specialist computer-aided design (CAD) applications.
• Day-to-day management of the site, including supervising and monitoring the site labors force and the work of any subcontractors.
• Determine quality, cost, strength and quantity of required materials, and enter figures on materials lists and preparing site reports and filling in other paperwork.
• Check plans, drawings and quantities for accuracy of calculations and ensure that all materials used and work performed is in accordance with the specifications.
• Communicate with clients and their representatives including attending regular meetings to keep them informed about progress of work.
• Resolve any unexpected technical difficulties and other problems that may arise.
• Calculate the quantity and quality of materials needed, material and labor costs and project completion dates.
• Represent or assist architects on building sites to make sure that plans and specifications are followed.
• Performs other duties and responsibilities as may be assigned from time to time.
