Maintains individual employees file, making it updated, maintaining employees’ database for easy recording and reference.
Maintains updated company important documents such as trade licenses and tenancy contract, owner’s and partners individual files and other documents.
Receives and process relevant request from employees such as leave applications, increment, etc…
Checking the office stationeries availability and office equipment, request and process the order if required.
Processing and posting online/paper advertisement for job vacancy.
Calling applicants that meet the job vacancy screening requirements, scheduling personal interview with the general manager.
Preparing offer letter and appointment letter to the successful candidate, and collects relevant documents for visa processing.
Preparing internal letter, such as memo, appreciation letter to employees and/or clients, salary increment letter, warning letter, acceptance of resignation and other communications in lined with the administration department.
Prepares documents required for visa renewal, new visa processing, emirates id application new/renewal, medical and labour card application process these transactions thru Tasheel for MOL and GDRFA for Immigration.
Communicate all administrative activities, transactions and information to the general manager and managing director.
Process Insurance formalities (New/Cancel/Claims/Renew).
