I am responsible for meeting and greeting high-valued guests on behalf of the CEO of Al Masraf Bank and ensuring that they are comfortable and satisfied with their experience.
I am often delegated as the CEO’s representative to ensure that all VIP guests \[i.e. Royal Family members\] have their needs met with utmost professionalism and discretion, whilst promoting our products and market merchandise.
I frequently handle and process large sums of cash, cheques and important documents for both colleagues and customers conducting business with Al Masraf.
If needed, at request I promptly ensure all customers are serviced with light refreshments, i.e. Coffee, Arabic tea, biscuits and other nourishments as an added effort to ensure that their experience with Al Masraf is exemplary.
Promoting food and beverage.Greeting customers as they arrive and showing them to their table.
Giving out menus and taking orders for food and drink.

Making sure tables are clean and tidy.
Turning over tables and promoting beverage service in the Buffet, in order to assist with achievement of departmental guest satisfaction targets and food and beverage revenues. Clean tables in assigned station throughout service.Working in Brazilian, Italian, French speciality restaurants.
