Responsible for the employee life cycle and providing full administrative support to the Manager.
➢Day-to-day running of the HR office-related activities, issuing offer letters to the candidates, Document collection from candidates and applying for a visa, lab our card, health insurance, and EID.
➢Keeping track of resignations, notice periods, EOS settlements, Exit interviews, Labor Cards, Visa Cancellations, and Employee Medical insurance.
➢Timely coordination with all the outlet supervisors in getting attendance sheets, OT records, and calculation of the same in the payroll.
➢Leave Management: Keeping track of Annual Leaves, leave salaries, Managing Sick Leave & Emergency Leaves, demanding concerned documents.
➢Maintaining individual staff files with all documents and updating them whenever required.
