• Executive Asst. to the MD: - Travel planning, meeting co- ordination, minutes preparation, making presentations and assisting MD with the presentations.
• Stock Controlling: - PR & PO creation, Filing PO after supplier approval, recording filing and controlling documents, cross-checking delivered items with PO, approval of delivery and process payment.
• Storage: - Arranging and allotting spaces, deliveries, on time collection of payment from the clients
• Packing Section: - Preparation of quotations, follow-up, Co-ordination of Packing and costing, record keeping.
• Trading: - Preparing quotations, follow-up
• Payroll Handling
