- HSE Management & Regulatory Compliance:
HSE focal point for multiple research laboratories and field testing/demo activities with Ministry of Defense
Ensure compliance with Tawazun industrial park HSE requirements, including audits, HSE performance reporting, HSE approvals and hazardous waste management

- Project Management:
Manage HSE compliance during branch fit-outs, renovations and mergers
Review drawings, BOQ, contracts and HSE budgets

- Data Analysis and Reporting:
Monitor vendor KPls and report HSE performance to management
Conduct HSE inspections, audits and risk assessments

- Vendor and Contract Management:
Technical evaluation and vendor selection in liaison with the procurement department for tenders
Manage vendor contracts, purchase requests and invoice payments on SAP Ariba

- Fire Safety and Prevention:
Maintain the fire alarm, firefighting systems across all ADCB and Al Hilals properties
Conduct HSE inspections to ensure Civil Defense compliance and renewal of Fire safety certificates
Manage the Civil Defense remote monitoring systems - Hassantuk, Aman and DCD 24x7

- HSE Procedures and Training:
Develop and implement HSE procedures
Conduct HSE trainings, awareness programs and mock fire drills
Manage the nurse outsourcing services in all the admin buildings

Waste Management:
Ensure with - The Center of Waste Management regulations
Prepare and submit annual waste reports and sustainability submissions

- Bidding and Tendering:
Provide HSE inputs for project pre-qualification, including HSE plans, procedures, statistics, trends and project-specific manpower requirements

- Procurement Phase:
Supplier evaluation to ensure the materials meet the required HSE standards
