HR Strategy formulation and Execution
Supported business strategy team in developing HR Strategies, identifying departmental KPI’s
Formulation of HR strategy, initiatives, budgets for Kuwait.

Compensation & Benefits
Work alongside the HR Director in setting up a new grading structure for the organization. Conduct market studies, job analysis, job evaluation and placing employees into the grading structure.
Link Pay to Performance with the objective of having a Performance based organization.
Monitoring smooth and accurate functioning of payroll, benefits harmonization, annual increments, promotional process, staff alterations, claims in accordance with terms and conditions of service and as per policies & procedures.
HR Reporting & Adhoc tasks
Prepare monthly reports for absenteeism and turnover, and provides appropriate solution
Drive Employee Satisfaction Survey, post survey action plans and initiatives.

General Administration

Payroll:
• Processing monthly payroll for the staff

On boarding/Off boarding - RS:
• Co-ordinating with company PRO and processing employment visa for new joiners & leavers
• Co-ordinating and completing other induction & exit formalities.
• Updating HRIS information of joiners & leavers
• Planning and administration of employees on overseas assignment
• Ensuring employee’s working conditions are up to the required standard of the company and local labour law.
Probation Management:
• Provide advice and guidance on probation processes
• Administer probation process of all new joiners
• Preparation of end of probation letters
Employee Compensation & benefits:
• Annual collection of data for comparison of rates and benefits. Preparation of comparison summary sheet and submission to HR Manager for decision making.
• Inclusion of new employees, exclusion of leaving employees, annual renewal.
• Checking and processing the invoices received from Medical and PA insurance providers
• Annual collection of data to determine average ticket encashment rates.

Formulation of policies and procedures:
• Updating the employee manual
• Ensuring our company rules and regulations are in line with UAE Labour Law.
• On regular basis gathering information and updating Managers on new UAE regulations and best practice in the region.
Recruitment and Selection:
• Liaising with recruitment agencies to supply SCME with the appropriate resumes. Short listing the resumes and organizing the interview with candidates. Interviewing candidates and preparing the short summary of results for final selection and approval
• Preparation of Offer Letters & employment contracts
Learning and Development:
• Preparation of training plan and training budget.
• Organizing and executing training events
• Co-ordinate visa application process for overseastraining.
• Updating training matrix
• Co-ordinating annual corporate events & Team building activities
Other HR Matters
• Personal loan requests - drafting loan contracts and repayment plans. Analysing data and submission approval
• Calculating of Final settlement and final letters issued from Company to leaving Employee
• Conduct study on the creation of CSR & implementation policy
• Salary transfer/ Salary certificate/ Other official letters
• Responsible for the management and administration of UAE Residence visa, Labor card, Emirates Identitycard, E-Gate card, UAE Driving License, JAFZA accesscard, UAE alcohol license, etc.
• Ensuring information is maintained accurately on HRIS
