-To ensure that any test administered by the British Council runs smoothly on the test day/s and that all assigned test day duties and standards are met. This includes a wide range of UK board examinations that includes IELTS, School academic exams, University and Professional exams and Aptis.

-Invigilate examinations to the standard required by the British Council Examinations Services and the relevant Exams Boards and actively monitor candidates during tests to make sure that there is no violation of test conditions.

-Complete and maintain accurate records of exam assignments. Complete all reports, logs and claims accurately as required by British Council Examinations.

-Follow all relevant guidelines and policies in the areas of: Data Protection, Child Protection, Health & Safety, Equal Opportunities and Diversity, and Anti-Fraud.
Report any incidents, emergencies or breaches of security to the appropriate test day venue lead.

-Conduct candidate entry, exit, identity checks and test day photography procedures according to exam requirements.

-Support local, regional cluster and global HR, as well as local Business Operations, with the mobility of employees. -Provide lists of suitable schooling with links on how to apply and offer further support where necessary.

-Ensure all necessary work and business visas, national IDs, education, marriage, birth certificate attestations & other official permissions are organised and provided for all staff as required. Also coordinate staff medical insurance cover.

-Update & maintain Welcome pack and Guide to Living document which is shared with all new staff to UAE.

-Provide relocating employees with pre-cultural and country induction information and high-level customer service.

-Maintains accurate records and processes for visa and national ID issuances and renewals.

-Management of deposits for leases, schools, visas, utilities and timely clearance of these during staff exit.

-Develop reports, analysis and interpretation of data, tasks or information, presenting findings/results accurately and appropriately when requested.

-Periodically review and update pre-cultural and country induction information and keep other departments involved for their contribution.

-Receives and responds to enquiries from/to customers as single point of contact on queries relating to mobility within a country or number of countries.

-Highlight any issues to country HR, recommend solutions and work in partnership to resolve any issues in a timely and efficient manner.

-Coordinate with HR Analyst for preparation and issuance of letters required for utility connections, move-in and move-out permits for leases
