Case Taking and providing homoeopathic medication to patients as per individual requirements.
Critical evaluation of the bills and medical records filed by US Healthcare Providers, filtration of fraudulent claims/ claims with incomplete evidence of billed services and denying payment with logical comments. Meanwhile paying to the providers who are genuine and have provided with enough evidence of their services billed.
Auditing and mentoring cases by newly hired individual
Taking on shore calls in case of any discrepancies.
This role demands:
- Utilization of medical expertise.
- Knowledge of CPT/diagnosis codes, CMC guidelines along with referring to client specific guidelines and member policies.
- Adherence to state and federal compliance policies and contract compliance.
- Assist the prospective team with special projects and reporting.
Managing and prescribing in OPD and IPD.
Special OPD on Rheumatoid Arthritis.
