Job Description:-
Acquire new Customers/Dealers for Argon, Argon Mixtures, Oxygen, Nitrogen, Zero Air, and Helium.
Survey for the current market related to our product.
Responsible for collections from the customers on time, through personal visit, E-Mails and phone calls.
Maintain Relationship with clients.
Taking care of in time payments to the suppliers/vendors.
Keeping track on Tender and participate in the same.
Sourcing Raw material as and when required for smooth production.
Co-ordination with Seniors/Subordinates regarding availability of the Raw Material to our unit.
Co-ordination with Production team and with Dispatch Department regarding availability of the product to customer according to the demand and in time delivery.
Co-ordination with customer on daily basis for panning of their next requirement of material.
Daily tracking of Stock and order accordingly.
Prepare Marketing Report by Collecting, Analyzing and Summarizing data and reporting of Sales and Stock data to Regional manager/ General Manager on daily and monthly basis.
Assets management- Maintaining Cylinder Stock and updating it on regular basis.
Handling complaint, if any.
Has worked with Sicgil Industrial Gases as a Jr. Executive Sales from February-2010 to August-2010 (was then promoted to its new sister concern as Authorized Signatory and Jr. Executive Sales for the firm).

Meeting new parties and converting them into customer for Carbon Dioxide.
Maintain Relationship with clients.
Co-ordination with Production department regarding the availability of the product, according to the demand.
To update demand sheet and coordinate with dispatch department and Production department.
Keeping track with customer and plan for the dispatch.
Co-ordination with Transport department regarding availability and planning for product delivery.
Co-ordination with customer regarding on time delivery of the product after dispatch.
Taking care of collections from the customers.
Reporting of sales data to General Manager and Vice President of the Company.
Maintaining Daily, Half monthly and Monthly data for the Unit of Vadodara and Padamla.
Survey regarding other related product in the Area of Vadodara, Ankleshwar, Bharuch and Ahmedabad.
