Responsible for group-level asset management and governance of ADNOC Downstream and Logistics companies, including ADNOC Logistics & Services, ADNOC Refining, Borouge, and Fertil.

• Core team member of Project Stretch, leading to ADNOC Refining divestment to ENI (20%) and OMV (15%).
• Finalized 60+ complex commercial and operational agreements.
• Supported fertilizer merger (Project Silver) expanding ADNOC fertilizer footprint from 2 MTPA to 4.5 MTPA.
Sustainability & ESG Leadership
• Sustainability focal point for Downstream Asset Management.
• Lead coordination of emissions baseline (2022-2030), abatement projects, ESG KPIs, and executive reporting to Sustainability Steering Committee.
Operational Excellence & Risk
Oversee Asset Integrity, Maintenance Effectiveness, Operating Integrity, and internal audits.
• Develop group-wide asset performance reporting frameworks.
