Advises on most suitable Recruiting and Talent Acquisition methods to implement.
* Developing on boarding processes to increase retention and employee performance.
* Reviews Annual manpower plans and ensure harmonization with the approved succession plans.
* Develops, revises HR polices & procedures and recommends updates where applicable.
* Devises plans and techniques to drive change and culture management.
Key Deliverables:
* Worked with KPMG Team in development of onboarding program for JV Partner Secondees.
* Successfully implemented the onboarding program.
* Successful integration of JV Partner Secondees to ADNOC Refining sites and received outstanding
rating from JV partners.
* Conduct first level screening and coordinate shortlisting process, along with the Business line as per
to ensure timely and efficient completion and documentation of activities.
* Close follow-up with the Talent Acquisition Team in Head quarter to arrange for the interviews as
per the priority given in the approved manpower plan and ensure the process is completed within
the agreed timelines.
* Carries out recruitment formalities for RRD in conjunction with recruitment personnel at
Head Office. Includes receiving requests to fill vacant positions from concerned
departments, initiating the recruitment formality by completing employment requisition
forms and forwarding to HR&AD at Head Office for further processing.
* Receives CV’s / application forms, both solicited and unsolicited, sorts out and screens
them to determine and prepare short-lists of general suitability of applicants for the
required vacancy under consideration.
* Implements approved intake plan of UAE Nationals, by reviewing applications received
from HR&AD and coordinate with the concerned departments to compete the
recruitment formalities.
* Liaison with the recruitment agencies for supplying candidates as per the approved
manpower for contracted staff.
* Monitors and follows up correspondences related to status of the employees under probationary
period, age, retirement / extensions and follows up with concerned divisions for confirmation and
implementation of approved decisions.
* Review and endorse Employee self-services’ requests such as car loans, education assistance and
leave requests as well as Employee first time arrival reimbursement requests.
* Monitors employee deployment in various Plants and prepares manpower reports including
summaries of all manpower movement. Maintains up-to-date records for all manpower/position
movement, such as transfers, promotions, re-designations, resignations, terminations etc. Reflects
changes in the organizational charts and prepares statistical reports by designation and/or
nationality as required.
Prepare and forward short listed CV's of potential candidate to the concerned divisions
for determination of technical assessment.
* Liaison with recruitment agencies for supplying candidates according to company policies and
procedures. (Direct Hire - Contract Basis)
* Liaison with Administration Services Department and Public Relations Department for
transport, accommodation arrangements, transit visa & Employment visas for
candidates and new recruits.
* Handling Immigration / security procedures for employees.
* Dexterously oversaw the Human Resource Management system - recruitment section. (HR-
access)
Responsible for the recruitment data bank system. Arranged interviews for overseas/local
candidates.
* Responsible for Renewal contracts of contracted employees. Responsible for Renewal of Security
approvals for hired employees.
