• Communicating with other contractors for optimum coordination
• Using Computer-aided software to develop Designs (AutoCAD, Visio, ….)
• Checking drawings for accuracy & errors.
• Managing and Supervising site installations of AV Equipment.
• Do Installation and configuration With Site Team..
• Develop and maintain knowledge of current and new technologies that company offers.
• AV equipment programming (CYVIZ, Crestron, Extron, Biamp, TOA ….. )
• Manage project scope of work and project team resources.
• Technical Support for Zajil Telecom (ISP) cooperate customers
• Troubleshooting customer complaints for internet and Data services .
• Analyze, configure and troubleshoot small, medium and large size networks.
• Solve product and network problems of low, medium, and high complexity.
• Opening & following up trouble tickets & escalate to L-2/3 if needed.
• Troubleshoot network connectivity problems (LAN and WAN) in daily operations.
