* Configuring & Managing Cisco Switches Catalyst 2960 series For Stores
* Configuring S2S Vpn for Stores.
* Managing Sophos Web security Appliance.
* Managing Stores network and assisting field team to solve the issue.
* Configuring Vlan and Security as per Company Standard.
* Configure router with fully implemented security as per company standard.
* Monitoring Network Nodes using Solar winds NPM.
* Managing Stores and office Network.

Installation & Configuration of Cisco routers like Cisco 800, 1800, 2900, 3900
Series routers, Core Switch Cisco 4506E and CISCO Switches 2960, 3750, 3550.
 Installing, Configuring, Support and Troubleshoot Network Infrastructure such as
Cisco ASA Firewalls, Cyberoam Security Appliance, Cisco Web Security Appliance
Iron Port S170 and Cisco Email Security Appliance C170
 Configuration & Deployment of Cisco IP Phones - Series: 7910, 7940, 7960, 9971 and
all others Series.
 Installing IOS on CISCO Routers and Switches.
 Installing and configuring monitoring tools for LAN/WAN networks such as
Solarwinds NPM, Solarwinds network Bandwidth Analyzer.
 Configuration of NAT, VLAN, VTP and DHCP.
 Configuration of Routing Protocols (Static, Default, Rip, Eigrp, Ospf, BGP).
 Configuring and maintaining Cisco Wireless Lan Controller 2504 and Integrating
With Cisco ACS
 Deployment and Management of Cisco Call Manager 9.X.
 Preparing Network Topology diagrams and documentations.
 Monitoring the network using Solar Winds monitoring tool.
 Design, Implementation, Ongoing Management and troubleshooting of Cisco Unified
Communications Systems including Call Manager / Unified Communications
Manager 9.x Unity.
 Configuration of CSS (Calling Search Space )
 CUCM Disaster Recovery and Backups.
 Configuration of Informacast Paging Server.
 Troubleshooting and Managing of Cisco Analog and Digital voice gateways and
devices.
 Implement and support new and existing activities Configuration are follows:
1. Remote Site Telephony Configuration
2. Device Pool Configuration
3. DHCP Server Configuration
4. Call Routing Configuration
5. Access List Configuration
6. Gateway Configuration,
 Configuration of call signaling protocols on Voice Gateways H.323 and SCCP.
 Configuration of Voice Gateways, Gatekeepers, and SRST.
 Configuration of Call Manager Express (CME) on Cisco Routers.
