Analyze well and production system performance based on comparing predicted versus actual production rates, water cuts, gas-oil ratios (GORs) and pressures at various points in the system to identify possible operating problems or system botlenecks.
•Record the production data and prepare the back allocation for each well, batery and station.
•Maintain the production database updated.
•Perform medium and long term decline curve analysis and forecasting.
•Implement a program of fluid sampling, production tests, pressure tests, production logging and other surveillance activities designed to understand and control well performance.
•Gather, quality control and maintain accurate data related to respective discipline and follow corporate guidelines for short- and long-term storage and retrieval of company data.
•Monitor chemical treatment programs and evaluate their efectiveness in mitigating such problems as scale formation, asphaltene and parafin deposition, corrosion, emulsions and sour gas contamination.
•Provide production and operation reports (daily, monthly & annualy)
Prepare matrix acidizing, wax removal programs
• Perform System analysis using simulators (Pipesim, Prosper)
• Implement of water and gas shut off technology
• Candidate selection, execution & evaluation of multistage hydraulic fracturing wells
• Build mechanical earth models 1D for frac purpose
• Artificial lift design (Gas lift, ESP, SPM, Jet Pump) using Pipesim software for production enhancement
• Electrical submersible pump design, installation and troubleshooting.
• Suggest perforation intervals based on logging to exploit best zones and depending on stress analysis for fracture initiation
• Technical evaluation of service companies’ equipment (Coiled tubing, Frac, wireline and production testing)
• Daily production surveillance using scada system
