Material and Asset import /Export compliance both permanent and
temporary, following PO upon request till delivery
Following shipment and tracking with documentation and vessel
loading, meeting schedules, and advice for documents requirement.
Customs entry document apply via broker follows and advising.
Brokers invoicing approval and payment follow up.
Improve the KPI's and delivery time.
Create policies and procedures for logistics activities.
Strategically plan and manage logistics, warehouse, inventory,
transportation and site delivery.
Plan and implement material and equipment flow management
processes and procedures to meet project requirements.
• Ensure that all the logistics activities (supply, storage, transportation and
delivery) comply with laws, regulations and ISO requirements.
• Selection of suppliers and service provider such as transportation, freight
broker, insurance.
• Direct inbound and outbound logistics operations, such as transportation
and warehouse activities, safety performance, and logistics quality
management.
• Collecting all the necessary project authorizations, permit and
certifications.
• Responsible for the custom clearance and freight forwarder activities
• Keep track of quality, quantity, stock levels, delivery times, transport costs
and efficiency.
• Supervise, coach and train people.
• Ensure Company compliance with laws and regulations regarding storage
and transportation, of material and equipment including restricted materials
and equipment. Resolve any legal issues pertaining to transportation,
distribution and storage.
• Maintain receiving, warehousing and delivery operations by initiating,
coordinating, enforcing project operational and personnel policies &
procedures.
• Plan and/or implement material flow management & systems to meet
project requirements.
• Build, implement and maintain metrics, reports, process documentation,
project service logs, safety records.
• Participate in carrier management processes, such as selection,
qualification, and performance evaluation.
• Participate in Internal and customer meeting to report all the logistic
activities status and progress.
• Contribute in the production of the monthly project status report to be
delivered to the customer.
Following and tracking asset movement to different rigs (10Rig).
Coordinating with customs, brokers & different governmental
department for equipment document while transit and clearing in
Algeria and time of export.
Coordinate with Procurement for PO’s receiving OSD report and follow,
Import and export KPI’s.
Team supervision, in the whole process (documentation turnaround,
VAT, check & customs bond…etc.)
Weekly reports with management & Operations.
Follow audit, T.I renewal, fines and contentious situation cleaning,
dispute…etc.
