- Communicating with clients and stakeholders to understand the functional and non‐functional requirements.
- Designing / Generating requirements for the web pages, and workflows that turn requirements to websites, applications
- Working closely with different teams involved in the projects and make sure to explain requirements to them and follow up on the progress of development
- Ensure effective acceptance test is done for all operations requests before launch
- Ensure effective quality assurance test is done post launch on live environment regularly, report found issues and monitor the fixes
- Ensure improvements done to planning process by either enhancing the current templates, workflows or by presenting a new one
- Liaise with the research team to insure that the best tracking standards are implemented across both web and mobile
- Any other assigned tasks.
- Running the day to day operations of the ecommerce (Magento) and eLearning (Moodle) platforms, that includes, publishing content on the site, uploading courses, creating SCORM packages based on certain company rules, preparing new client's portals, etc.
- Acting as project coordinator in delivering clients' learning portals, which requires aligning with different teams inside the company and outside.
- Issuing support tickets to IT vendors, and follow up on solving them.
- To handle new technologies and services that is needed for the site operations, i.e. newsletter engine, help desk system, and other cloud services.
- Executing any partnership project with affiliates whenever it needs integrating Nibras courses with other vendors or the opposite.

Kastana for Information technology; I worked as a business development officer, my duties were signing contracts with our client and send our services to our partners "Mobile Operators" to activate the service and start the marketing campaigns and all related issues. I was in contact with operators in Jordan, Iraq, Yemen and Palestine.
