Main functions:
- Implementation of Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM) techniques. My achievement:
Improved maintenance strategies for all drilling tubular equipment.
- Actively assess opportunities to incorporate predictive maintenance techniques and
technology into current equipment maintenance programs. My achievement: Implemented
infrared analysis and vibration analysis in current maintenance programs.
- LEAN and SixSigma consultant. My achievement: I became the LEAN project coordinator
for the whole location and facilitated all optimization projects with total savings more than 1
million USD per year.
- With the use of Lean methods, actively working on optimizing all work processes and
adapting maintenance tools and procedures to improve tool reliability, equipment utilization
and minimize service quality incidents. It included monitoring reliability and maintenance KPI’s
and development ways to improve them.
- Leading of failure investigation team. I was Root Cause Analysis team leader and developed
all main guidelines which are still used on location. My achievement: reduction of NPT rate by
10%.
- CMMS management
- Participate in periodic technical audits and take part in QMS Compliance Assessments.
- Focus on proper management of Spares stocking criteria. My achievement: due to I was
able to get statistical data for lead time of parts delivering and parts consumption numbers I
managed to reduce dead stock and slow movement stock by 25 %. After that I trained a
maintenance and store teams on how to effectively order and store parts
- Experienced trainer on the following topics: Root Cause Analysis techniques, LEAN, Spare
parts management, Reliability Centered Maintenance, HSE.
