disciplines - IT, Telecom and MES. Focused team on business objectives and unified engineering

with the desired results.
Effectively acted as an integration and interface point translating business goals into IT technical
requirements in billion US dollar projects within a large oilfield construction program during pre-
FEED, FEED, detailed design, procurement, supply, construction, pre-commissioning,
commissioning and start-up project phases.
Defined processes and tools best suited to each project. Implemented PMI methodology creating
detailed project road maps, plans, schedules and work breakdown structures.
Drove the high-quality completion of IT&Telecom systems engineering, microwave, satellite and
terrestrial communication links multi-million USD projects for Company Assets in UAE and Iraq.
Design, procure, construct and commission the IT&Telecom infrastructure consisting of Alcatel-
Lucent-based telephony, wired and wireless cisco heterogeneous network, TETRA Radio system,
PA/GA, Servers and Storages, IPTV, Video Conference and Multimedia systems covering 7 medium
to large sites interconnected with microwave, satellite, and terrestrial MPLS links.
Developed Engineering Practices - Company-wide standards for engineering and implementation
of IT&Telecom and MES systems (21 documents).
Developed high quality technical requirements, terms of references and scope of works for various
IT&Telecom tenders, evaluated bid proposals utilizing strong technical skills and effectively
liaised with different vendors, manufacturers, and contractors as a single point of contact during
implementation of projects.
Built strong business relationships with vendors and subcontractors resulted in successful
implementation of large IT&Telecom project completion.
Honored with “Best Employee Award” in 2015 for successful implementation of the robust,
scalable and secure IT&Telecom infrastructure for the major Company Asset - West Qurna 2
Oilfield in Iraq, one of the biggest oilfield in the world.

IT&Telecom projects in UAE and Iraq.

Successfully completed the implementation of remote connectivity services to company's business
units using iDirect VSAT technology (iDirect 5IF hub, 100+ VSATs across Russia, budget of 1
mln+USD). Played various roles during project phases: from iDirect satellite network expert to
project engineer.

Acted as a Service Delivery Manager providing the technical support and performance monitoring
of remote connectivity operations. Managed to keep VSAT terminals availability at 97% average
and high customer satisfaction.
Effectively liaised with different vendors to make sure support, maintenance and warranty cases
carried out with a minimum service downtime and customer disruption.
Developed high quality technical documentation, training materials and ran 10 training classes for
customers resulted in more efficient operations and decreased rate of hardware malfunction.
Developed and introduced methodology for regular VSAT equipment inspections at remote
locations resulted in an increased connectivity services uptime and overall customer satisfaction.
The initiative was highly appreciated by Company Global IT Management and replicated to other
geomarkets.
Awarded “Excellence performer” in 2009 and 2010 for a successful implementation of Remote
Connectivity project in Russia.
