• Familiars with the high-pressure reaction handling, continuous plant working as well as batch plant working methodology, dealing with the industrial’s organic solvents and fluorine base acids.
• Operation handling of high-pressure bubble cap tray column on the DCS system and also working principle of vacuum distillation column on PLC system.
• Well aware with reaction like fluorination, chlorination, bromination, nitration, hydrogenation, oxidation, acidification etc.
• Well awareness of industrial fire and safety rules and regulation.
• HAZOP, RCA, PSSR basic knowledge of these methods.
