* Coordinate and communicate between programs managers, the regional director, partner organizations in MENA countries, and head offices in USA regarding activities and issues of the programs.
* Prepare distribution reports for management, donors, or others and responsible for timely, accurate submission of program activities and other program-related data from the field.
* Create / Develop different samples and templates (Presentations & Reports).
* Direct and coordinate activities to ensure successful implementation of the programs in
MENA office according to the guidelines of head offices in USA.
* Ensure maintenance of all documents and distribution reports for satisfaction of donors and auditors.
* Ensure acknowledgment of all the documents received from head management in USA.
* Maintain and keep track of partners MOUs.
* Manage weekly report for the shipments, clearance and distribution of the containers.
* Prepare presentations, newsletters, shipments documents and wish lists.
* Schedule and record all shipments received from donors and monitor the containers along with tracking and tracing.
