responsible of 4 offices in 4 government (Suez, Ismailia, port said and sharm elshikh)
each office responsible to recived the contract from sales and enter it on the system (sibel)
I must review on each office work and received for them reports on there work in day
I was responsible stokes and delivered it
solve the problem in each office
and other technical work
I was manage a team from agents Consists of (10 to 15 )
I worked to solve their problems with other departments
I was hear the calls to evaluation their work
I was mak their evaluation monthly
I was generate reports and chick it
review their work( information they told to the customer
training them if I found mistake
make reports about the team and sent it to my managers
I was responsible a team of telesales in project individual department .
the project was telesales call the customer and Convinces him change his line from (etisalt or vodafone) to mobinil with the same number.
