• Accomplished the design and study of modern residential buildings in Warsan based on Nakheel Regulations.
• Supervised the design progress for Villas in Al Khawanij area.
• Accomplished the design and development of renovation project for Galleria Hotel in Beirut (previously Marriott). The project consists of 200 rooms and a total area of 33, 000m2.
• Participated in enhancing the Galleria Hotel branding image by restructuring of the hotel program & functional distribution and the complete redesign of all public areas to incorporate functions that attract clients and generate income.
• Directed the progress of the Galleria Hotel project from the design to the construction drawings phase.
• Utilized Autodesk Revit to model the as-built condition of Marriott Hotel and accordingly put the design based on this model.
• Worked on Ayla Oasis - Aqaba, Jordan, a prestigious and huge touristic and residential project.
• Coordinated Ayla’s architectural drawings with project interior designers detecting main project clashes and discrepancies and provided design solutions.
• Worked on the design impact of the routes, inside and outside the buildings to enhance the spines and piazzas.
• Contributed in the design of different commercial projects like: Bata Cinema Complex in Guinea and Kotob Center in Lebanon.
• Contributed in the design of different residential projects like: Jeddah Palace, Dammam Tower and Makkah Project in KSA. In addition worked on the following projects: Manara Residence, Clemenceau Residence, Achqout Residential Compound and Bliss Building in Lebanon.
• Developed and presented the following residential projects: Souk El Ghareb Villas, Hazmeyeh Residence, Prime Land Building, Msaitbeh Land Building and Wardiyeh Building in Lebanon.
• Contributed in the execution details of Daman Center in Dubai International Financial Centre, United Arab Emirates.
• Worked on the design of the following projects: Mekkah Exhibition, Saad Al Hariri Palace, Saoud Al Faisal Palace and Ali Kolaghassi Palace in KSA. In addition, contributed in the design of different villas in Lebanon and Côte d'Ivoire.
