1- Financial Accounting:
•Direct supervision and control of the stores in conjunction Warehouses Manager.
•Direct and monitor GL & SL accounting activities of Company to ensure accuracy, integrity and quality of all GL & SL accounting transactions and supporting documents.
•Verify additions, deletions to Fixed Assets System, Run the depreciation process and all the work related to Fixed Assets.
•Monitors accounts receivables by coordinating with other departments and ensure the validity, consistency and completeness of the collections.
2- Budgeting & Planning:
•Preparation, approval and monitoring of budgets and financial plans, annually, quarterly & monthly.
•Define, develop and implement financial planning and budgeting framework in line with corporate Finance strategy in order to support the achievement of overall business objectives.
•Proper allocation of resources and implementation of financial regulatory controls.
•Coordinate with all other functions/ departments to facilitate the finalization of Company’s annual comprehensive budget and monitor performance vis-à-vis the set budget.
•Develops and implements standardized policies and procedures.
3- Treasury Management:
•Manage operational cash flow, cash-equivalents, and cash flow targets, ensure that the short-term and long-term liquidity is adequately managed and the relationships with the funding institutions (banks etc.) are well maintained.
•Manage cash effectively & efficiently by decreasing (CCC) Cash Conversion Cycle, through speeding up collection and obtaining best credit terms
•Check out all cash flows to make sure self-sustainability.
•Consolidating financials for the group and allocate resources to be retained based on the budget and strategies decided.
•Estimating, Costing, planning of funds & monitoring expenses for sustaining operations.
•Ensure timely & accurate invoicing & collection according to contract terms.
•Monitor & follow up the collection of receivables & take proper action for delayed collections.
•To address any elevated billing issues with the concerned authority.
4- Reports, Preparation & Analysis
•Preparation of monthly reports such as Statement of Profit and Loss, Cash Flow Statement, Bank Reconciliation and other operating financial reports in accordance to latest (IAS) International Accounting Standards & (IFRS) International Financial Reporting Standards.
•Provide adequate explanation to (All Financial Reports) for (CEO) & (BOD).
•Preparation of monthly, quarterly and annually (MIS) reports.
•Analyze financial reports for management which includes variance analysis of revenue and expenses both current vs. last and actual vs. budgeted, and project wise profitability analysis monthly, quarterly & annually.
•To audit expenses and revenue annually.
5- Investment Proposals & Business Feasibility:
•Preparation of (LRP) Long Range Plan for the Companies.
•Responsible for setting up pricing strategy with coordination of top management.
•Responsible for bidding and pricing of tenders.
•Provide recommendations of new projects along with cash in/out flows and profitability regarding investments and cash strategies.
6- Follow ups, Monitoring & control:
•Follow up of project results, analysis of the performance, finding variances and implementing measures to improve performance.
•Manage all company related payments including suppliers, vendors, contractors and personnel payroll.
•Review all contracts with Suppliers and Make Sure That the Rates are as per the Contract. Time to Time.
•Monitors Accruals, Prepaid Expenses, Advance to Contractors.
7- Relationship with internal & external Parties:
•Review of contracts and coordinate with lawyer for legal advises and incorporate the required to the contract.
•• Coordinate and Deal with internal and external auditors.
•Coordinate with bankers for obtaining bank facilities, LG’s and LC’s.
