1) Budgeting:
* Prepare budget formats for the different department.
* Review the budget submitted by the departments.
* Provide all departments with historical financial reports needed to prepare the budget.
* Consolidate departmental budget.
* Ascertain budget availability versus the expenses .
2) Financial reporting:
* P&L Comprehensive Report (Monthly, Quarterly and annualy).
* P&L Comprehensive Report (Actual V Budget) with variances analysis.
* P&L Comprehensive Report (Actual V Last year) with variances analysis.
* Other financial reports as may be required by departments.
3) Coordinate the monthly closing activities for preparing the financial reports.
4) Prepare other financial reports as may be required by CFO and Top Management.
5) Prepare and review financial reports before submission to the auditors.

1. Technical support to the Finance Departments for the companies under the supervision of the holding company regarding the accounting & reporting cycles.
2. Prepare internal audit plan to review the accounting cycles for the companies for the purpose of testing the controls environment and identifying weaknesses in the applied system & recommend ways to overcome & follow up with the implementation.
3. Ensure the application of the mandated policy & procedure for each company according to its specialization.
4. Reviewing the audit files delivered to the external auditors.
5. Follow up with the issuance of the financial statements.
6. Preparing the Consolidation & Combination reports on Monthly & Annual basis for the group

1. Review, Evaluate & Document Accounting Systems and Internal Controls to establish reliability and to determine the extent of testing procedures required for an engagement.
2. Execute detailed audit procedures on clients’ accounting data to ensure that financial statements are prepared in accordance with Internationally Accounting Standards.
3. Perform analytical review procedures on accounting data and determine relations to detect unexpected relationship and trends.
4. Review evaluation and documentation of accounting systems and related internal control procedures to assess their strength, reliance and determine the testing required for the process.
5. Carry out analytical studies of financial data to assist management in their decision making responsibilities.
6. Participating in preparing financial & administrative regulations for the clients
