• Responsible for tracking and following up on expatriate staff recruitment; advertisement, invitation for interviews, reference checking, sending offers, requesting for contracts from HQ • Responsible of national staff recruitment for DRC Lebanon ( All Fields) • Maintain up-to-date organizational charts for Beirut and North Offices • Ensure appropriate and up to date TORs are available for all staff in close liaison with relevant • Update staff list on a regular basis • Conduct Exit interviews and ensure that Exit Forms of leavers are filled and signed • Keep track on warnings received for all DRC Lebanon staff • In close liaison with HR and Admin Manager, responsible for national staff payroll management on payroll system • Responsible for ensuring that all work permit related documents for International, Syrian, and Palestinian staff are being managed in a timely manner with the lawyer and the GSO • Responsible for the management of visas for International staff and visitors and liaising with General Security, notary, lawyer, and other entities • Organize trainings closely with HR and Admin Manager, and follow up on venues, dates, attendees and agendas
