•Spreading food safety awareness among the different food establishments.
•Inspecting for any violation of the "Consumer Protection Law" and issuing fines accordingly.
•Representing the "Ministry of Economy and Trade" in exhibitions, trainings, seminars, and official events.
•Lecturing students in public and private schools about the duties and the rights of the Consumer, as well as enlightening them about food and general safety.
•Publishing articles in the Consumer Protection electronic newsletter to discuss any relevant topic about food safety and public health.
• Managing the receptionist area, including greeting visitors and responding to telephone and in-person requests for information.
• Managed the day-to-day calendar for the center’s manager.
• Providing nutritional, dietetic and health tips as well as diets to the center members and to out-patients.
• Organizing activities in schools to spread the importance of a healthy lifestyle (healthy eating habits and food safety awareness) among students.
Promoting the "Food Detective" and the "FoodPrint" to dietitians and to doctors.
•Analyzing and interpreting the results of these tests to help the patients in following a suitable diet to manage their food allergy.
•Representing the company in medical conventions.
