• Executive Search, Led and executed a number of top management search assignments for various clients by understanding the client’s business strategy, market context, current organization structure and a detailed review of role expectations.
• Strategic Hiring, Responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle for staffing needs with various clients This includes end to end client and candidate management
• Candidate assessments, Interview candidates to assess fit for open positions. Provide feedback, insight and consultation to leadership regarding candidates for the selection process. To understand client needs and challenge them to assess talent in a way that enhances the future growth of the organization
• Business Development, Responsible for pursuing Business Development opportunities across the regions and managing clients in these markets
• Team handling, Managing and guiding junior researchers in conducting basic telephonic discussions, background research and database searches.
• Client Support, Periodic progress monitoring, client status reporting, and strengthening relationships with new companies to widen the client base.

Had been associated with the human resources advisory division of KPMG for a considerable period covering the areas of recruitment and selection, policies & procedures, salary surveys, organisational structuring, job evaluation and customer satisfaction. Last position held was as Manager - Executive Search and Selection services for KPMG Bahrain & Qatar.

I was responsible for a variety of tasks requiring significant versatility whilst primarily accountable for:
o Helping clients assess, identify & recruit personnel at a Strategic and Senior level to Mid Management level, across functions (General Management, Finance, Information Technology, Sales, Human Resources) through Executive Search & Selection (Head Hunt) and or Advertisement methodology.
o Understanding business strategy and market context, with a detailed review of role expectation and current organisation structure of the client.
o Identifying suitable candidates based on headhunting or advertising methodology, assessing them through structured interviews based on required competency.
o Identifying areas of strength and development for the people assessed and making recommendations based on the same, to the client as well as co-ordinating interviews.
o Conducting psychometric tests and reference check on selected candidates.
o Assisting in contract management, compensation structuring and final offers as well as handle post closure feedback between the candidate and the client.
o Incharge of MIS, Risk and Compliance activities HR advisory department in Bahrain and Qatar.
