The company is a manufacturing company that produces industrial and medical oxygen and gases with 5 branches and serves international clients. It has a total of 310 employees with different nationalities.
Main Responsibilities:
1. Email and submission of documents for approval to President & MD.
2. Prepares and route official memorandum and other business correspondence.
3. Assist in responding employee relations inquiries regarding policies and procedures.
4. Assist in processing employees’ general requests.
5. Maintain employees’ 201 records and files in utmost confidentiality and sensitivity.
6. Conduct screening of candidates Curriculum Vitae/Resume.
7. Schedules interview and facilitates examination to applicants.
8. Arranges for visa application for hired applicants.
9. Prepares required documents for new hired employees.
10. Controls and update employees’ performance appraisal under probation.
11. Process bank account opening/activation/replacement/ cancellation.
12. Submission & Control of Workmen Insurance Claim/addition & deletion.
13. Process employees branch transfer as per Management Instruction
14. Ticket booking for employees going for leave
15. Process requirements needed for employees going for leave.
16. Process day to day HR administrative work as per Management instruction.
17. Preparation of cost sheets related HR transactions, monitoring and control of completion of job.
18. Answering incoming employees/department concern calls.
The company is a micro construction company which specialized in swimming pool and other water features construction.
Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Assisting the General Manager in administration works.
2. Draft construction contract for materials, equipment and labor cost as per the project layout and clients approval.
3. Respond to customer and supplier inquiries.
4. Word processes all agreements, letters, documents and proposals.
5. Assist in matters relating to marketing for the company.
6. Makes and processes appointments.
7. Record appointments for collection of the payment.
8. Answer inquiries and phones in a courteous manner.
9. Provides payroll information by collecting time and attendance records.
10. Assist in employee designation and handling.
