* Checking finished goods thoroughly for the quantity, parts, packaging, production and
expiry date, conditions before dispatching for local and export market.
* Random and periodic checking of raw materials and finished goods to make sure
there’s little or no discrepancies between physical and system stock.
Operating a mechanical agitator to mix chemicals
* Checking the specifications of chemicals such as viscosity, specific gravity and water
levels
* Checking the cream time and gel time of polyurethane systems such as polyols and
MDI’s, and the density of polyurethane foams.
* Examining incoming and outgoing chemicals and making a detailed report to the
quality engineer.
