Scope:
Public realm hardscape works associated with the Expo 2020 site.
Key Tasks & Responsibilities:
Train and manage a labour force of 120 including masons, carpenters, steel fixers
and machine operators. Delegate required tasks to senior site personnel, ensuring
specifications and highest quality standards are met.
Scope:
Creation of a private safari park for Sheik Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al
Maktoum, Crown Prince of Dubai.
Key Tasks & Responsibilities:
Procurement of trees and management of installation, overseeing grading works
and continuous coordination with consultant zoologists to ensure appropriate habi-
tats for various animals.
Scope:
Installation of the hard and soft landscape works associated with the Burj Khalifa.
Key Tasks & Responsibilities:
Short term contract to liaise between the contractor and developer, to ensure the
design integrity was maintained, works were executed to the required standard
and the fast pace program met. Close co-ordination with site infrastructure and
architecture.
Scope:
Addition of a safari park to the existing Al Ain Zoo.
Key Tasks & Responsibilities:
Initially the creation of a 100 man labour accommodation facility, followed by the
management of grading and ground works as well as the work force allocation for
the removal and re-installation of large specimen trees.
Scope:
Hardscape, softscape and irrigation works associated with the luxury Sofitel Hotel.
Key Tasks & Responsibilities:
Monitoring and co-ordination of a large scale work force installing all landscape
works associated with the hotel.
Scope:
Softscape and irrigation works associated with the 5 star Atlantis Hotel.
Key Tasks & Responsibilities:
Monitoring and co-ordination of a large scale work force installing the irrigation,
landscape lighting and softscape.
Scope:
Hardscape, play areas and water features.
Key Tasks & Responsibilities:
Management, supervision and quality control of the hardscape, play area and
water feature construction. Detailed co-ordination of complex paving patterns.
Scope:
Hardscape installation within public realm and streetscape areas.
Key Tasks & Responsibilities:
Management, supervision and quality control of the hardscape along roadways
and streets, within parks and community areas.
