Coordinate and expedite the flow of work and materials within or between departments of an establishment according to production schedule (Plan adherence %). Duties include reviewing and distributing production, work, and shipment schedules; conferring with department supervisors to determine progress of work and completion dates; and compiling reports on progress of work, inventory levels, costs, and production problems.

Distribute production schedules or work orders to departments. Arrange for delivery, assembly, or distribution of supplies or parts to expedite flow of materials and meet production schedules. Record production data, including volume produced, consumption of raw materials, or quality control measures
Establish and prepare product construction directions and locations and information on required tools, materials, equipment, numbers of workers needed, and cost projections
Plan production commitments or timetables for business units, specific programs, or jobs, using sales forecasts through RCCP (Rough Cut Capacity Plan).
Implement, make use, and optimize the available modules/functions in the existing ERP system
Preparing the Monthly Plan of TPM or TBM (Time Based Maintenance)
Managing monthly S&OP meetings to discuss forecast figures and upcoming company challenges.
Managing PS Pillar(OME) of the company (KPI's, Projects, S&OP, C:D, and TDC).
Reviews and approved production plans and programs that best meet the requirements.
Prepares the Master Production Schedule to ensure proper utilization of machines for the 3 months requirements.
Prepares the Daily Production Schedule and closed monitoring with production Supervisors, Process Engineer & Production Manager.
Makes a Label used by the production for the finished product.
Received daily reports of work done and evaluate performance.
Direct and supervise daily production activities through close monitoring and coordination with the production supervisor.
Making of monthly report summary based on production total out-put, scrap, material used.
Attend Meeting( MPS & Production meeting)
Re-plan when original plan is not carried-out.
