• Manage HR operations and ensure all are carried on in an appropriate.
• Develop and implement all HR policies and procedure.
• Prepare company organization chart.
• Ensuring that grievance handling and disciplinary proceedings are carried out in line
with company policy and labor legislation.
• Provides advice and guidance to management and department heads and addresses
employee queries on issues related to employee relations, local regulations, HR policies
and procedures etc. and Serve as a link between management and employees.

-Supervise on government relations team ( MOL-Muqeem - Gosi -Qiwa-Mudad- Ajeer-Tamm) monitoring Iqama expiry dates, renewal and transferring processes.
