Answering phone calls and redirect them when necessary.
• Preparing and disseminating correspondence, memos and forms
• Use MS office and other packages to write letters and deal with telephone and email enquiries.
• Create and maintain filing and other office systems and keep diaries and arrange appointments.
• Book meeting room and conference facilities, attend meetings, create agendas and take minutes.
• Managing incoming mail and faxes and distribute them accordingly. Also maintain email lists, and distribute information to staff.
• Reviews outgoing correspondence for grammar, correctness and completeness, and ensure that appropriate material is attached.
• Prepare memos or other reports for internal or external distribution.
• Make travel bookings and prepare travel expense reports.

Follow- Up Clerk
Assigning duties in accordance with the office procedures of individual establishments.
• Answering telephones, book keeping, typing or word processing, stenography, office machine operation, and filing.
• Updating clients with regards of their orders, sending reports about an inspection conduct by the technician and follow up pending jobs

• Providing Excellent Service under pressure especially on peak days during month-ends/salary days.
• Delegated by the management to be the sole file clerk for the company.
