 Primary responsibility under the supervision of the section manager, responsible for over the counter selling through knowledge, courteous, friendly and efficient customer service.
 Handle customer issues, resolution and communicate escalated issues to the Manager.
 Supervise Sales Representativesby assisting for any concerns and product/service questions.
 Create reports showing Sales %, adherence, and attendance etc. Make sure all employees adhere to company policies and procedures.
 Deliver positive feedback, Employee Rewards and Customer Recognitions to employee.
 Communicate all employee relations issues, concerns, and incidents to Sales Manager.
 Monitors calls, provide feedback to all staff on sales %, install %, and quality assurance goals.
 Assist the Department Manager in leading, directing and motivating the sales team in order to achieve the overall corporate sales objectives.
 Coordinate with Department Manager in revising and implementing the sales strategies plans.
 Assist the Department Manager in generating sales opportunities by identifying appropriate business targets.
 Administer updates on the progress of on going promotions and provide information to the Buyer and Promotions team.
 Conduct price check of all products in daily basis and ensuring no damaged items on the shelves.
 Responsible for doing the Department Checklist as a daily Task and submit to the Store manager.
